ITake5 lets registered users submit short videos for possible public display. You must own the content or have every right and permission needed to upload, process, display, and moderate it. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission from people who appear in your clip, including a parent or guardian where required for a minor.

Publication and moderation

Submitting a clip does not guarantee publication. We may inspect, transform, reject, restrict, temporarily hide, restore, or remove content and may restrict accounts to protect people, comply with law, enforce these terms, or operate the service. Community voting informs ranking and community preference; it does not replace platform safety moderation.

Prohibited use

Do not upload illegal content, sexual exploitation, child-safety violations, non-consensual intimate material, severe violence, threats, hateful or harassing material, dangerous wrongdoing, impersonation, privacy violations, spam, malware, deceptive content, or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not manipulate votes or reports.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and must provide accurate registration information. Rate limits, upload limits, verification requirements, trust rules, suspensions, and termination may apply. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or publication.
